We were delighted with this two-star hotel. It's two buildings, one with a view over the sea/creek inlet. Spotlessly clean; staff were helpful and friendly; room with a stunning view and sounds of the sea during the night. Equipped with a small fridge, air conditioning and comfortable mattresses. Bedroom was cleaned every day and towels changed every other day. A fantastic deal with a buffet breakfast which is generous and healthy, on the terrace or inside if it's raining. I would return.

Probably the best accommodation we’ve ever stayed in! It was made so special by the very friendly staff who were quick to accommodate anything we needed. They went above and beyond to do extra for us if we needed additional towels or had questions - they were so helpful and responsive. It felt like home quickly! The location is second to none - literally walking out the terrace gate onto the sea rocks for so many swims. Fabulous €5 buffet breakfasts too! The cleaning team were so great - our beds were made every day and fresh towels and replenishing of anything we’d used. Would come back in a heartbeat and recommend this hotel to everyone! Perfect location to town - quick walk and beautiful track around the coast too. Thank you so much!

My favourite hotel in Ciutadella! .. I simply LOVE IT !. Great value for money... amazing views ! the most warm and kind service from all the staff... Breakfast is served at a lovely terrace by the sea and you cant imagine what a sunset looks like from that spot!

An amazing team! It was so good to feel almost at home. Many thanks for paying attention like this to yours customers. The view is awesome, you will enjoy your breakfast and connecting to the sea, the birds, the smell of the fig and mulberries, the calm of this beautiful island.

I highly recommend Hotel Cala Bona - Mar Blava for everything - location, breakfast, bar, rooms and especially the service. I had messed up the dates of my booking but Toni and his team found a room for me, which had beautiful water views. The staff here were so helpful and flexible with everything I required. Toni even ran down to the ferry when I was leaving because I had left some jewellery in my room. But seriously, this hotel is gorgeous and even after boat tripping around Menorca, the cove at the back of this hotel was my favourite to swim at. It is so beautiful and so pristine. There were no boats and the water was so calm, it was like swimming in the biggest ocean pool.

This charming hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way, earning it a well-deserved five-star rating. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view from our room. The hotel's location was ideal, offering convenient and direct access to the ocean. In a moment of panic, the staff displayed their true dedication to their guests. We discovered that one of our passports had gone missing, and they immediately sprang into action, assisting us in contacting the bus station to find our passport.
